Dalton, GA - The Dalton High School Drama Club, the DHS Players, recently brought home second place honors at their One Act Competition with an impressive performance of the musical
Godspell. This dynamic production showcased the hard work and talent of Dalton High’s drama students and earned several standout individual awards.
Congratulations to Kinsley Stephens and Hayden Poe, who were named to the All-Star Cast, and to Ellis Stephens, who received the Best Actor award for his performance. These recognitions highlight their dedication and skill in bringing the characters to life on stage.
In a One Act Competition, schools perform a 55-minute play or musical within a single act. The competition emphasizes creativity, teamwork, and technical ability as schools compete in staging, acting, and overall performance.
