Yesterday, members of the district office leadership team made their way back into the classroom for the day so Dalton High’s science teachers could enjoy a well-deserved off-campus lunch! The science department earned this treat by winning the Dalton High School Spirit Competition during the DHS homecoming week. It was a great way to celebrate their hard work and school spirit while keeping the learning going!

Several of our students had a fantastic time at Special Spruces this week, a Christmas party for Dalton City and Whitfield County students. Both days featured a dance with a DJ, a delicious lunch, and a special visit from Santa. We love this community event and extend our heartfelt thanks to our teachers for their dedication to serving our students and making moments like this possible!
